Taking A Break ~

Hi Friends ~
Taking a break (not that I have been around much but, posts have been kicking around my head so...... I have been here in spirit at least!) while I reassess, rearrange, reevaluate and relax my brain for a bit.
I'll enjoy reading YOUR wonderful blog posts while I refresh :)
Lovliness to all!

Parties ~

Some friends have been gracious enough to let me use their parties as a little practice place for taking photos. While I still have so much to learn and it can be a challenge with a little one on my hip, I enjoy the fun of seeing what bits of magic I can capture (or try to!) .

Having mama'd a few parties myself, I know how tricky taking pics can be when also keeping the party rolling so I thought this would be a fun service to provide, not to mention just witnessing the fun!

Turning it around

A curious little one who wants to try everything her big sibs are into...but, lacks the coordination to maneuver playsets and pattern blocks without causing a little frustration on their part. Distracting her doesn't always work (she seems to think she has too much to learn from them - and she does!).

So while there are still plenty of tears, a few hollers and the like there are also some moments of turning it around....rolling with it.

Stuffing those pattern blocks down their shirts. Who would have thought of the fun?

Note:: this may not be recommended...I did find a few of those blocks in a certain diaper soon after!

Spring Peepers

Well, maybe not quite yet, but we do have mud! A sight unseen and unknown in early March (or, dare I say, February!) for the almost ten years we have been in the hollow.

So these little gals?

They would be would be my peepers heralding spring. My, what a crazy winter it has been...

How are things looking in your neck of the woods?
